About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company’s sales strategy both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and operations.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities locally and abroad.
  • Conduct market research and assist in preparing customer proposals and marketing plans.
  • Handle client inquiries, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post-sales by managing feedback and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and report progress to management.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and other business development events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company or superiors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, cheerful, and adaptable personality.
  • Knowledge of import/export business, trade documentation, and process control.
  • Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with local and international clients, especially Mandarin-speaking clients from China and Taiwan.
