About Immersify KL

Immersify KL is Malaysia’s first permanent, purpose-built multi-dimensional media art gallery. Located at The Labs, BBCC, we are a 30,000 sq ft immersive wonderland blending South Korean storytelling with Malaysian cultural themes. Following a major enhancement period, we are re-launching in December 2025 to become the nation's premier must-visit attraction.

Your Mission

To directly support the Marketing Director in commercial success of Immersify KL. You will be the operational engine behind our sales and marketing strategies, responsible for executing campaigns, generating leads, managing key accounts, and ensuring our B2B and B2C targets are not just met, but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients including tour agencies, corporate companies, schools, and event planners.
  • Outreach & Follow-up: Conduct sales outreach via email, calls, and social selling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Proposal & Package Support: Assist the Director in creating tailored sales proposals, corporate packages, and group pricing.
  • CRM & Account Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all client interactions are logged and the sales pipeline is accurately managed.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
Marketing & Campaign Execution (30%)
  • Campaign Coordination: Work with our external marketing/PR agencies to ensure all campaign assets are delivered on time and on strategy.
  • Content & Social Media Support: Develop engaging content briefs, schedule social media posts, and monitor community engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Partnership Activation: Assist in the logistics and execution of partnership launches, including the high-profile grand reopening event with government officials.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and market trends to provide actionable insights to the Director.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the department’s scheduling, budget tracking, and other critical administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)
  • Academic: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a combined sales and marketing role. Experience in tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or an agency is a significant plus.
  • Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to proactively generate leads and close sales.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; exceptional writing and verbal presentation skills.
  • Tech‑Savvy: High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Highly Organized & Proactive: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Team Player with Immense Drive: Resourceful, a quick learner, and excited by the challenge of building something iconic.
