The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, and have strong experience in Client Relationship Management and Market Analysis. This role emphasizes maintaining client relationships and generating leads through various channels.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth within the advertising/marketing sector.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing actionable insights to refine sales and marketing approaches.
Generate qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing, networking, and direct outreach, ensuring a robust pipeline for the sales team.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and client projects.
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's services.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
