NOVACO RESOURCES SDN BHD' is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Klang, Selangor. As a sales and marketing professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with potential customers through effective sales presentations and negotiations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns
• Assist sales manager / or sales engineer in sales administration, process customer orders and follow up job flow against production and delivery schedule.
• Attend customer enquiry, prepare quotation and follow up.
• Any other assignments from superior.
• Provide excellent service to existing customer, maintain strong customer relationship & ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales & operation meeting.
• Do marketing related job eg: Design catalog, exhibition, website, etc.
• Support digital & traditional marketing initiative to promote company's product.

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Fluent in English, BM & Chinese (is an advantage)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and self driven as part of a team
• Experience in Canva system is an advantage
• Diploma / Degree and at least 2 years working experience in the related field.
