A financial services company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a professional to manage client relationships, develop growth strategies, and enhance the customer experience. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing and at least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in financial products. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel. An excellent opportunity for growth in a client-focused environment.
Increasing SME and corporate client base;
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs;
Developing growth strategies on revenue and profits on enterprise sales;
Having an in-dept knowledge of business products and value proposition;
Managing and retaining relationships with existing SME/ corporate clients and new SME/ corporate clients;
Responsible for overall customer experience, ensuring consistency and compliance with service quality standards.
Minimum qualification of Diploma /Degree in Marketing or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of related experience with good network of business contacts and sales experience in financial products are definite advantage.
Excellent communication, sales-oriented, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
