A leading real estate company in Bandar Baru Bangi is seeking a motivated individual to market properties and manage sales activities. Responsibilities include organizing events, generating leads, and providing client support. The ideal candidate holds a diploma/degree in business administration and possesses excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge of social media management is a plus. Effectively market the company's properties and ser4vices to targeted audiences through various channels.
Handle end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, property presentation, closing deals, administrative follow‑ups and after sales support.
Represent the company at roadshow, property exhibitions, and industry events.
Assist onboarding agencies with property viewing and guide them through the sales process.
Organize and manage property launches, sales campaigns, promotional events, roadshow, exhibitions, property fair, soft and official launches.
Implement marketing strategies effectively to achieve sales targets.
Research competitor's developments and marketing strategies; provide comprehensive monthly updates.
Maintain an organized filing system for research materials and marketing documents.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
create simple marketing materials and write engaging copy using Canva.
Participate in the mentor‑mentee system to guide and support colleagues.
Prepare documents such as promotion letters, available unit listings, and daily sales report.
Coordinate and manage video shoot to promote ongoing property projects.
Possess a Diploma/Degree in business administration or equivalent.
Experience in property or real estate is a big plus! Relevant industry background will giveastrongedge.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge of Chinese would be an added advantage.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to work on weekends and public holiday. Sales Office located at Bangi.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated, committed and result‑oriented.
Able to start work immediately or short notice will be added advantage.
Knowledge of Social Media Management would be an added advantage
