A leading property development firm is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead comprehensive sales strategies and marketing campaigns. You will manage property launches and build relationships with agents and clients. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma or similar in relevant fields and a minimum of 5 years in a comparable role. Develop, lead, and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve project-specific and company-wide sales targets.
Drive take-up rate performance across all projects, including launch planning, pricing strategy, and promotional activities.
Manage property launches, sales gallery set-up, and agent briefing sessions.
Build rapport with property agents, channel partners, and bulk purchasers, both locally and internationally.
Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (above-the-line & below-the-line), including digital and social media advertising, PR activities, and lead generation.
Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
Analyze ROI and performance of campaigns and adjust strategies based on analytics and market response.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials, digital assets, and marketing touchpoints.
Work closely with the Corporate Communications and Branding team to maintain a unified and impactful brand presence.
Support branding efforts for new business arms (e.g., healthcare, ESG-driven developments) in line with Group direction.
Oversee digital campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and website content.
Monitor and analyze lead funnel performance, from digital leads to conversion.
Support CRM initiatives and customer journey mapping for enhanced engagement.
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to develop effective product positioning and sales strategies.
Evaluate market trends and customer needs to recalibrate unsold units or introduce new offerings.
Handle high-level purchaser concerns and coordinate closely with Sales Admin and Customer Service departments.
Ensure a positive buying experience and enhance post-sale engagement with buyers.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, marketing guidelines by KPKT, Bank Negara regulations, and internal audit requirements.
