*MYR9000 - 12000/month + Monthly Sales Commission

*Food, lodging, and transportation will be provided by the company

JOB INTRODUCTION:

We are looking for a committed Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Executive to achieve consistent sales targets and to grow the revenue in a competitive environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Head the sales department and all functions pertaining to sales
• Manage the sales team & direct them in their daily sales functions
• Obtain reliable & accurate market intelligence and track market movements of wholesale & retail prices of products
• Plan & coordinate sales coverage of both local and outstation sectors
• Conduct meetings with sales personnel, collate market information and execute instructions given
• Require flying outstation on short trips regularly
• Other matters as directed by Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10-12 years relevant working experience
• Must have very good sales skills
• Diploma or Degree Holder
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical, planning skills with an eye for details
• Excellent work attitude and able to carry out Management’s objectives
• Possess excellent leadership and Management qualities
• Familiar with FMCG products
• Hardworking, patient, tolerant and able to persevere
• Must be able to perform well in direct sales with customers
