This is not a maintenance role. It is a career-defining leadership opportunity for a Sales Manager seeking real authority, impact, and ownership — mentally and financially.
You will be entrusted to rebuild, restructure, and lead the entire sales function, transforming a traditional, relationship-driven business into a scalable, growth-focused organisation.
As Sales Manager, you will take full end-to-end ownership of the sales department. Your mandate is to:

💼 What you'll do
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Identify and evaluate new industries and regional markets
- Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing logic, and sales positioning
- Challenge legacy assumptions with data-backed recommendations
- Drive expansion into high-potential sectors such as agriculture, logistics, industrial and specialty applications
- Lead, coach, and unify a fragmented sales team
- Recruit and develop new sales talent (“young blood”)
- Set clear expectations, roles, and accountability
- Manage senior sales staff with maturity, authority, and professionalism
- Build sales processes, pipeline management, and review cadence
- Define KPIs, reporting structure, and performance tracking
- Ensure disciplined execution once strategy is aligned
Management Reporting
- Provide clear updates on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Surface market feedback and internal bottlenecks early
- Work closely with Executive Director and new HR leadership during restructuring phase
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, International Business, Management, Engineering / Industrial / Manufacturing-related fields
Experience
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven experience managing and leading sales teams
- Track record in market expansion or new client development
- Comfortable managing both senior, long-tenured staff and junior hires
- Industry background not restricted (related industries preferred)
