Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with team to achieve the revenue targets set by the company
- Responsible to provide leadership and strategic direction for the growth of the sales team.
- Responsible for ensuring a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to close of accounts and forecasting
- Ability to coach and develop team members to maximise their sales performance and with focus on accelerating the development of high potential employees to achieve sales goals
- Ability to set sales budgets and develop sales implementation plans in line with company business goals and performance objectives
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key customers and business partners as part of product and market development initiatives
- Able to collaborate with other business units and senior managers to ensure mid- and long-term revenue growth
Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related fields.
- Minimum 5 year working experience in the scientific lab industry.
- Successful track record in sales management
- Resourceful, analytical and able to able to perform under pressure
