We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop and manage the business priorities, plans, and executions in the Pet Specialty and eCommerce channels through the Pet Specialty team and the eCommerce team, delivering mutual sustainable and profitable growth for the business unit and its customers.

A day in the life of...
  • Deliver Sell-in and Sell-out Targets (Pet Specialty & eCommerce Channels) to achieve overall channel performance goals.
  • Manage Trade Spend and Channel Promotions to ensure it is in line with Trade Marketing priorities and brand strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of channel and customer promotion programs aligned with business and category objectives.
  • Strategic Collaboration with Zone AOA Central Team (PURINA AOA) to ensure strategic alignment and operational effectiveness.
  • Territory Development and Account Management Develop to execute efficient territory coverage plans with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to maximize reach, effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Distributor Management and Development to achieve sell-in and sell-out objectives.
  • Market Hygiene and Compliance across outlets to maintain product quality.
  • People and Organization Development by training, field coaching, and digital skill enhancement.
What Will Make You Successful,
  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline (SPM qualification acceptable for Sales Representatives with a minimum of 8 years of experience).
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing or sales, with a proven track record of successfully achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • At least 3 years of experience leading an eCommerce business within the same or a related industry.
  • Strong experience in channel and customer management, digital marketing, and/or distributor management is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage teams effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all sales functions, including trade marketing, Customer, and Field operations.
  • Proven experience in managing field sales and distributor teams to deliver business objectives.
