Overview

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in textile manufacturing services.

Reporting to: Chief manufacturing officer

Location: Perak

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, brand presence, and market share expansion

  • Manage a team of sales, marketing, and quality professionals, ensuring strong market positioning and customer relationships

  • Develop sales plans to meet revenue targets and identify new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Oversee marketing efforts including digital campaigns, brand management, market research, and promotional events

  • Set performance goals, mentor team members, and foster a high-performance culture

  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales pipelines and customer feedback

  • Collaborate with quality management to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Manage budgets, monitor sales performance and ROI, and align forecasts with production planning

  • Drive continuous improvement and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals
