Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager, Mid-Market (Central) to spearhead one of our Mid- Market Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep industry knowledge, and can lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly Booking and Revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the team’s vertical (e.g., Logistic, Manufacturing, Hospitality, etc).
- Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics, report performance to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with customer needs.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professional growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in telecom sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large accounts.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies and services (e.g., mobile, VoIP, fibre).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage
