Working Arrangement: Hybrid

As one of the leading manufacturers for Boltless Shelving, Pallet Racking System and other Racking / Storage System products, we are now expanding our team and looking for talents who are passionate to join us for a fruitful and rewarding career!

Job Functions:
  • To responsible for sales growth and customers development of assigned Market Sector, Key Customer and New Market Development.
  • To penetrate target markets and meeting sales target, developing new opportunities and enhancing customer relationship.
  • Responsible for Sales Collection & implement stringent credit control, minimizing company’s credit risk exposure.
  • To strategize and track the sales process management, brand strategies, market research, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and market weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing the targeted market share.
  • To identify & prepare for suitable trade shows/ exhibitions for participation, incl. of marketing materials, booth setup, co-ordination accordingly.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports on sales activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
  • To propose annual business plan & constantly (monthly) review with sales manager ensuring on track performance.
  • Build and maintain effective communication channels between sales management and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business plans and strategies.
  • To provide updates & report to superior/ management on overall market development, progress achieved, marketing plans.
  • To ensure the order, enquiries and complaints are followed through satisfactorily.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of, customer’s list, tenders, RFQ and/or but not limited to company’s other sensitive data.
  • To exercise discretion on Company’s information and safeguard Company’s interest at all times.
  • To highlight any irregularities, problems or weaknesses and to recommend actions for improvements for any area of your functions above.
  • Any other duties including from any departments and/or subsidiaries of that may be assigned to you from time to time.
  • To comply with all safety instruction, Rules & Procedures or measure on Occupational Safety and Health instituted by Company.
Requirements
  • Relevant racking system or industrial sales experience
  • Familiarity with project sales and tender or have existing logistics / warehousing / building consultant / architect network will be added advantage
  • Excellent sales experience and consistent performance track record
  • Good command in English, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge in web analytics tools
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation for local sales
