Job Title: Sales Manager (HVAC)

Location: Subang, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Build relationships with new customers, cold calling is required
  • Explore, identify and grab business opportunities in market.
  • Promote company solution and product by having regular visit to all stakeholder as well as participating in or organizing marketing events.
  • prepare presentation slide and present to all potential customers in the market.
  • Laise with stakeholder to secure projects
  • work with team members to generate project proposal, present to customers, conclude PO
  • Carry out tender exercise, spec-in, tender preparation, submission, technical clarification, price negotiation.
  • understand and analyze the needs of the market and work closely with in house marketing team to conclude a right product at right price level in production development plan.
  • Discuss and conclude sales strategy with superior.
  • Prepare market report, sales report, forecast, progress report.
  • Attend monthly sales meeting

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in HVAC industry (manufacturer)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory in order to liaise with diverse client groups.
