A prominent marketing firm in Selangor is seeking a Head of Sales to provide leadership and support for the sales team. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies, manage targets, and foster customer relationships in the beauty and cosmetics industry. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and strong leader skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. The position also offers benefits such as annual leave and medical claims.
Provide leadership and support for sales team and manage the team to achieve company's goals. Responsible to develop sales strategies, business plan and target for the company, incudes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analysing trends, and solve sales problem and challenges.
Responsible for creating strategies that align with a company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analysing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue.
Sets targets for their team and monitors their performance to ensure they achieve their sale targets. This includes analysing sales data, providing regular checking, identifying problems and challenges and make necessary plan adjustments.
Motivates the team to achieve their individual and team targets. This includes recruiting, training and coaching the team, providing ongoing support and creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Builds and maintains relationships with key customers. This involves set sales & promotion plans that required by the needs, addressing their concerns, solve problem, and providing excellent customer service to ensure sales KPI and service level performance are achieved.
Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity. This includes analysing market needs, conducting market visit and research, and using this information to share between sales & marketing to make sales decisions and create promotional activity.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, warehouse and accounting, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and company strategies. This includes sharing market insights, customer feedback and other relevant information to support organisational goals.
