This is a mid to senior role responsible for leading, being accountable for, and contributing to the overall business objectives, budgets, and targets of the assigned business portfolio. The role involves achieving set budgets through key account management and business development to exceed allocated budgets. It also includes identifying opportunistic areas of business for development through M&A, JV, investments, new products, and new regions. The candidate must aspire to succeed the role of Sales & Marketing Director in the future. They must possess exceptional sales, commercial, customer servicing, general management, and broad experience while leading business development efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Possess broad management experience (such as sales, business development, R & D, technical, and finance) and lead the business development efforts to achieve overall business objectives.
  2. Lead, be accountable for, and contribute to the business's budgets and targets, including achieving sales targets for the assigned division (Fin Stock) in volume, margin, and revenue, ensuring business sustainability through strategic planning and implementation.
  3. Lead and engage team members and lateral colleagues to achieve results, providing long-term coaching and development for positive growth.
  4. Provide prompt, reliable, and value-added services to customers, emphasizing problem-solving and ensuring timely collection of receivables.
  5. Undertake responsibilities as a specialist in Export and Key Account Management for assigned accounts.
  6. Lead the sales team to service existing customers, develop new customer bases, and collaborate with marketing to promote products.
  7. Analyze market sentiments, competitor intelligence, and industrial opportunities, threats, and trends through surveys and reports.
  8. Participate in developing new solutions, products, and regional business expansion.
  9. Manage approximately 40% global travel as needed.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Finance, Technical, R&D, Customer Development, and Procurement, as well as external partners.
  11. Prepare strategic, short-term, and long-term business development plans.
  12. Handle operational duties including product costings, proposals, order management, and customer deliverables.
  13. Perform any additional tasks, projects, or transfers assigned by Head Office.
