Job description

We are a well established pallet and wooden crate / case company, headquartered in Singapore, and currently looking for sales executives to handle our sales activities in greater JB area. Our factory is in Kulai, Johor and our main line of business would be manufacturing of pallet, wooden crate / case and also on on-site industrial packing services.

We are looking for someone who have well experience in industrial manufacturing Sales. This role will require the individual to be responsible in hunting and managing the end-to-end sales for the company. Friendly working environment.

The Job:
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through any channels including but not limited to, cold calling, networking and visiting.
  • Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience to clients.
  • Handle and respond efficiently to incoming customer enquiries.
  • Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
  • Build good rapport with our network of clients.
  • To handle complaints.
  • Responsible in identifying and looking for potential 3PL partners.
  • To deliver volume and revenue targets for the sales channels while remaining focused on relationship building with customers for fostering profitable sales.
  • Problem‑solving mentality and good communication skills.
  • Must be self‑motivated, proactive, willing to learn, result oriented and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the sales field.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales target.
  • Comfortable with outdoor sales and constantly meeting sales targets (KPI).
