What You Will Do

Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Key Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct regular field coaching, joint sales visits, and skills development sessions.

Implement performance metrics, KPIs, and development plans to foster continuous improvement.

Strategize & Drive ENT‑Neuro Business Growth

Develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies for the ENT‑Neuro product portfolio.

Analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine business direction.

Identify new business opportunities across public and private hospitals.

Strengthen Customer & Key Opinion Leader Relationships

Build deep, trusted relationships with ENT and Neuro specialists, surgeons, and hospital leaders.

Engage KOLs to support clinical adoption, workshops, cadaver labs, and product evaluations.

Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Oversee Clinical & Operating Theatre Activities

Provide leadership and support for product demonstrations, OR coverage, and wet lab workshops.

Ensure team readiness in technical and clinical aspects of ENT‑Neuro devices.

Maintain strong knowledge of surgical workflows and ENT anatomy to support clinical discussions.

Commercial Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and CRM compliance for accurate business planning.

Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product management teams to ensure strong execution.

Support product launches, clinical events, and strategic marketing initiatives.

National Travel & Business Alignment

Travel nationwide for account visits, team coaching, and customer engagements.

Ensure alignment with regional and global business priorities.

What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in the medical device or healthcare industry.

Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

Experience working with ENT, Neuro, surgical devices, or OR‑based equipment is highly preferred.

Strong anatomical understanding, especially in head and neck structures, is an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, or related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making ability.

Proficient with CRM tools and sales analytics.

Comfortable working in Operating Theatre and Wet Lab environments.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.

Ability to travel across Malaysia for client visits and nationwide engagements.
