Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media solutions Person to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, securing partnerships, and selling CMV’s full suite of digital media offerings, including branded content, video production, and affiliate commerce solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Solutions Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective media strategies to acquire new clients and maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital media and advertising landscape.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling and strategic media proposals tailored to client objectives, utilizing CMV’s diverse portfolio of media brands and solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with solutions targets and company goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and media agencies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and digital media advancements to proactively identify solutions opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.


Who We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in media agencies, digital advertising solutions, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital media space.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a robust solutions pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Southeast Asian digital media landscape is a plus.
  • Language ability mandarin, malay is a plus
