What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Managing and leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
• Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Developing and monitoring sales budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators
• Providing regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance
• Identifying and implementing training and development initiatives to upskill the sales team
