We are looking for a highly motivated and target driven Sales Manager to be part of our team. You'll play a crucial role in driving the company growth together.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and support to help them excel
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract new customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Have a leadership mindset with communication skill
  • Develop team and provide guidance and support
  • Conduct sales training to improve team performance
  • Oversee team performance & flow
  • Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision-making process
