A leading construction materials company is seeking a Sales Professional to achieve revenue targets and manage customer relationships in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Achieve annual revenue targets for Plywood & Components.
Support and coach the sales team to reach their goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Develop new customers and business partners to grow market share.
Position PERI as the trusted supplier of high-quality plywood & components.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to payment collection.
Negotiate profitable contracts in line with company policies.
Keep CRM sales pipeline and reports updated.
Collaborate with internal teams (Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, Demand Planning).
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product updates.
Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in construction or plywood & components.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with solid market analysis ability.
Entrepreneurial mindset with good business acumen.
Team player with integrity, accountability, and drive.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (other languages a plus).
