Job Summary

As part of EPOS' strategic expansion into the Malaysian market, we are building a dynamic team of Account Managers to drive our growth plans. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners to embrace digital transformation through EPOS' solutions, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and Payment Terminals.

In this Sales Manager role, you will develop sales strategies and lead a team of Account Managers, motivating them to achieve sales targets through new merchant acquisition.

You will work directly with business owners, understand their pain points, and position EPOS as the trusted partner to digitalize their operations—from F&B to Retail and beyond—leveraging our POS solutions, Soundbox devices, and Payment Terminals.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members
  • Drive, lead, and motivate the team, setting and achieving sales targets
  • Analyze sales data, track performance, and provide feedback
Merchant Acquisition
  • Proactively cold call and engage inbound leads to identify potential merchants
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate and finalize contract terms with merchants
Account Management
  • Engage key merchants and provide tailored solutions to maximize their sales potential
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key merchants
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer success

Requirements
