What you'll be doing?

Represent Company: Stand as the face of our operations in the country.

Manage Operations: Oversee manpower, budgets, planning, and reporting.

Oversee Budget: Ensure financial performance meets targets.

Develop Strategies: Grow the business and expand into new markets.

Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all laws and regulations.

Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist the Sales Director with any additional tasks.

Who are they looking for?

Education: A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a country leadership role in industrial business, manufacturing, or capital equipment sectors.

Skills: Strong business development and negotiation skills, particularly in B2B industrial sales.
