Job Summary

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Expansion of distribution business digitally. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a real impact.

Job Description
  • Oversee and lead a team of sales officers to achieve revenue and sales goals.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures strong market presence.
  • Set targets and coordinate the sales team's efforts to effectively promote and sell the products.
  • Motivate the team to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis.
  • Develop, manage and maintain new and existing customer accounts and expand existing market share digitally (digital distribution).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Studies.
  • At least 2 years related working experience, preferably in the Consumer Products industry in wholesale or distributor sales environment with some experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Candidates currently in a Senior Sales Executive position with experience managing a team of salespeople.
  • Leadership skills to lead a team of salespeople, drive sales strategies, and generate revenue.
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Fair in building rapport with principals, suppliers and dealers.
  • Result-driven and confident.
  • Required to travel constantly.
