Job description

The Sales Manager at As Soleh Food is responsible for expanding sales channels and driving overall sales growth for the company. This role involves identifying and securing sales locations such as events, malls, R&R areas and retail outlets, sending reports on visited and potential spots, as well as building and maintaining relationships with organizers and business partners.

The Sales Manager will also be responsible for recruiting and managing salespersons, monitoring sales performance and attendance, organizing daily morning briefing, setting up and closing all sales booths on a daily basis, updating stock in and product balance from sales booths, ensuring cash sales and QR sales to confirm with number of products sold, and returning product balance back to the HQ.
