The Sales Experience Executive supports a professional and welcoming sales gallery experience by ensuring key customer touchpoints and milestones are well-coordinated and aligned with brand standards. This role focuses on experience execution, coordination, and administrative support to deliver consistent service quality, rather than direct selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a professional and welcoming sales gallery experience for customers and visitors.
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate presentation standards and conduct within the sales gallery environment.
  • Support the implementation of corporate identity and project concept.
  • Assist in coordinating common area design elements that contribute to overall customer experience.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and reporting related to sales experience operations.
Requirements
  • Own transportation and valid driving license.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Interior Design, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in property development, customer experience, retail operations, hospitality, or brand presentation roles.
  • Strong eye for detail and aesthetics; able to maintain high presentation standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including sales staff, contractors, and designers.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with corporate identity, branding standards, and experiential marketing.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with basic office software, presentation tools, and photo/video documentation.
