Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG, and is fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire sales operations by leading, managing and providing field sales training to the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve the set sales target.
  • Manage and open new accounts of distributors and supermarkets within Melaka and Johor area.
  • Monitor and assist sales team regarding debt collection and resolve long outstanding issues where applicable.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales for top management and field managers whenever required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Study closely current market trends for our products and identify enhancements.
  • Create regular sales reports and reviews for top management and superiors when required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales or Marketing field, preferably in FMCG market.
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English to liaise with client.
  • At least SPM and above or related field.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Willing and ready to travel.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Over deliver and achieving high performance level.
  • Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
