Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire sales operations by leading, managing and providing field sales training to the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve the set sales target.
- Manage and open new accounts of distributors and supermarkets within Melaka and Johor area.
- Monitor and assist sales team regarding debt collection and resolve long outstanding issues where applicable.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales for top management and field managers whenever required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Study closely current market trends for our products and identify enhancements.
- Create regular sales reports and reviews for top management and superiors when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales or Marketing field, preferably in FMCG market.
- Must be able to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English to liaise with client.
- At least SPM and above or related field.
- Must possess own transport.
- Willing and ready to travel.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Over deliver and achieving high performance level.
- Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
