Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales, purchasing, or business development (automotive industry preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin and English are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Daily visits to Used Car Dealers to facilitate the acquisition of used vehicles.
  • Actively recruit new dealers to expand business opportunities.
  • Guide dealers through the sales process, including presenting and negotiating prices.
  • Address dealers’ concerns and objections effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all relevant departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve the monthly sales target.

Responsibilities
  • Daily visits to Used Car Dealers to facilitate the acquisition of used vehicles.
  • Actively recruit new dealers to expand business opportunities.
  • Guide dealers through the sales process, including presenting and negotiating prices.
  • Address dealers’ concerns and objections effectively.
  • Assist in the arrangement of car inspections and handovers upon dealers’ request.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all relevant departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve the monthly sales target.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current process flows and campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales, purchasing, or business development (automotive industry preferred).
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with various external stakeholders.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin and English are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin and English-speaking clients.
