Role Description

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Prior sales experience in vegan / vegetarian / FMCG / F&B industry preferred.
- Proven sales performance (required for senior-level consideration).
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay — essential for engaging Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Willing to travel and perform regular field visits.
- Fresh graduates passionate about sales and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and grow customer accounts within the vegan and vegetarian food segment, including grocery stores, and specialty retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, distributors, and shop owners — especially within Mandarin-speaking communities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vegan and vegetarian products, pricing, and promotions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities, track competitor activities, and provide market feedback to management.
- Coordinate orders, invoicing, and deliveries with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing updates on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance.
- Participate in product sampling, roadshows, and customer engagement events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Perform any other sales-related duties as assigned by management.
