Job Description :

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to support software sales activities within the automotive industry. This role is ideal for candidates early in their sales career who are confident on the phone, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in B2B technology sales.

Knowledge of the automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Conduct telemarketing and outbound calling to generate leads and schedule product demos.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on customer needs, business size, and interest level.

Explain product features and value propositions to potential customers over the phone.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Support the senior sales team with proposals, email campaigns, and sales presentations.

Assist in nurturing prospects through regular follow-ups and engagement.

Understand basic customer pain points and guide them toward suitable software solutions.

Achieve weekly/monthly call targets, lead‑generation goals, and conversion KPIs.

Keep updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
