Job summary

A fast-growing FMCG snack brand in Kuala Lumpur is seeking motivated individuals for a sales role. Candidates will have the opportunity to build customer relationships, support sales growth, and achieve clear sales targets. The position is open to fresh graduates and those with no experience, as training will be provided. Job Responsibilities
  • Build new customer relationships and open new accounts in existing sales channels.

  • Identify new sales channels and expand market coverage based on company’s formula.
  • Support in‑store promotions and merchandising activities with the marketing team.
  • Collect market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support.
  • Work towards achievable sales targets with guidance and team support.
Requirements
  • General Trade or FMCG sales experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome (training provided).
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation.
  • Enjoy meeting people and building relationships.
  • Motivated, ambitious, and target‑driven.
  • Able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
