Job Responsibilities
- Build new customer relationships and open new accounts in existing sales channels.
- Maintain positive, long‑term relationships with retailers and partners.
- Visit outlets to support customers, grow sales, and strengthen partnerships.
- Identify new sales channels and expand market coverage based on company’s formula.
- Support in‑store promotions and merchandising activities with the marketing team.
- Collect market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support.
- Work towards achievable sales targets with guidance and team support.
Requirements
- General Trade or FMCG sales experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome (training provided).
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation.
- Enjoy meeting people and building relationships.
- Motivated, ambitious, and target‑driven.
- Able to communicate in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
