Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Pursue sales leads for sales opportunities and attend to phone enquiries and walk-in customers, acting proactively to source for new prospects to achieve the sales target.
  2. Support all sales and marketing activities and events whenever required by the company, including weekend duties in the sales gallery, whether locally or overseas, and attend to site appointments with prospects, purchasers, or agents for assigned projects.
  3. Prepare, organise, and carry out upcoming new project sales launch preparation, documentation, and marketing activities and materials.
  4. Assist and support the follow-up and coordination on the completion of all sales transactions, sales conversion, and loan drawdown of the sold properties, liaising with end financiers, solicitors, and purchasers on sales and loan documentation and credit control management.
  5. Assist in the handing over of VP units process to ensure all documentation follows the guidelines and procedures, with the control of payment collections, stakeholder sums, site inspections, and keys collection properly documented for smooth running.
  6. Source for database and sales opportunities to achieve corporate objectives.
  7. Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments, and activities assigned by management.
Requirements
  1. Possess a Diploma/Degree in business administration or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Willing to travel outstation/overseas and work after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Self-motivated, committed, and result-oriented.
