A top-tier property developer in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to manage project sales launches and implement effective sales strategies. The role involves conducting sales presentations, participating in events, and following up with clients. Candidates should have at least 2 years of residential sales experience, strong communication skills, and be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for income growth through commissions.

Assist in preparing upcoming project sales launches, and perform sales activities such as short videos, short live broadcasts, etc.
Propose and implement effective sales strategies to generate more leads.
Perform sales presentations to walk-in customers and actively follow up on project sales inquiries via calls, instant messaging, social media, etc.
Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events to attract prospects, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
Follow up with purchasers to ensure the smooth execution of SPAs, and loan agreements, and actively liaise with the credit control & marketing department.
Carry out market research on new projects, analyze findings, and report to the Management.
Routine to be stationed at the sales gallery according to duty roster.
Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree.
1 year of experience in Residential Sales is an added advantage.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential sales is required for the Senior Executive position.
Possess strong communicated and interpersonal skills, with self-motivation and the ability to work independently to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
