Sales Executive

Position is expected to grow and retain HBFuller's market share and customer base in key market segments while achieving profit sales targets.

Sales Executive is expected to:

  • Manage demonstrations and technical problem-solving.
  • Deliver results as accountable for business outcomes.
PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Accountability for results – delivering annual business results aligned with business plan, sales, volume.
  • Growth focus – deliver growth and maintain existing business to achieve plan.
  • Customer focused – create value by delivering HBF’s value proposition tailored to meet customer needs and promote, quantify and sell value that differentiates HBF.
  • Demonstrates business acumen – implement business pricing strategy, deliver price increases while enabling price stickiness.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3–5 years college degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years relevant sales experience related to industry, B2B and packaging.
  • Passionate about industry sales, customer facing, with motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong communication, influence and management skills – ability to sell value internally and externally.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel within the assigned territory/region.
