An international school in Malaysia seeks a dedicated Sales Executive to conduct sales and marketing activities. The role includes achieving sales KPIs, conducting telemarketing, and managing sales leads. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an educational setting, and possesses strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Conduct Sales and Marketing activities, on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis, as per planned by the Head of Department.
To ensure the achievement of all Sales KPIs, including preparation of sales reports.
Conduct telemarketing activities, including timely follow-up and closure of sales.
To source and manage sales leads from various sources.
To ensure all sales kit and marketing collaterals are well organized.
To work during weekends and public holidays as required.
Undertake and performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience working in an International School environment and a track record of selling educational products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, faculty and industry partners.
Ability to adapt to evolving educational trends and industry requirements.
Effective networking skills to establish and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders like kindergartens, tuition centres and schools.
