Job description

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell to new and existing key customers/accounts.
• Achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO and customer satisfaction targets.
• Analyze opportunities to expand business with the dealer to increase market share.
• Maintain customer relationships, promptly addressing sales and technical inquiries.
• Take care of product management in the dealer shop and ensure product visibility.
• Deliver invoices and credit to the customer.
• Advise product information and update new products.
• Secure sales and service for existing dealers.
• Establish new dealers in assigned area.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

Qualifications

• Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Willingness to work in the Sibu route and according to the assigned area.
• Preferably senior executives specializing in sales – retail/general or equivalent.
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin; proficiency in local dialect is an advantage.
