- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Formulate, organize, and execute effective sales strategies by identifying property trends and new market opportunities.
- Participate in property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events according to scheduled working hours and duty rosters.
- Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in tip top condition.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide support throughout the sales and conveyancing process.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Monitor and track sales activities to ensure timely closing of deals in line with company targets.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports, including activity and progress updates, to management.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement sales and marketing programs, and provide feedback on campaigns and products.
- Liaise with appointed real estate agencies when necessary to support sales objectives.
- To assist in handling over the VP of units process.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required.

Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years experience in Property Sales/Real Estate Consultation will be an added advantage
