Job summary

A leading product company is seeking a Sales Executive for the Northern Region. This role involves promoting products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Business or related fields, with 2–3 years of sales experience and excellent communication skills. A competitive salary of RM2,500 - RM3,000 is offered, depending on experience.

Job Opportunity: Sales Executive - Northern Region

Coverage Area: Pulau Pinang & Kedah

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Sales & Targets
  • Actively promote and sell company products/services
  • Meet and exceed monthly & annual sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and customer segments
Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle issues professionally
Market & Product Knowledge
  • Understand product features, pricing, and benefits
  • Monitor market trends & competitor activities
  • Recommend solutions to client challenges
Teamwork & Reporting
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service & operations teams
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals & quotations
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Attend sales meetings, training & events
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, (Science or Medical-related background is an added advantage).
  • Possess own transport (if fieldwork or travel is required).
  • Additional training or certification in sales, CRM, or customer service is an added advantage.
  • 2–3 years experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho) and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
