Job Responsibility
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet targets and grow the customer base in Johor Bahru, Penang, KL.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service and support.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting product/service value.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales progress, prepare reports, and update the sales manager regularly.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and share customer feedback.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Job Requirements
  • Must be willing to frequent travel to cities such as Johor, Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore as required.
  • Have own transport is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience and experience in Automotive care industry is a plus.
  • Diploma in any field.
  • Skilled in Sales Management, including developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Experienced in Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients through various methods.
  • Strong in Client Relationship Management, capable of building and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills to successfully close mutually beneficial deals.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and verbal) to engage effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Able to conduct Market Research to analyze trends, opportunities, and competition.
  • Strong command of Closing Techniques to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Willing to work full-time and be based at the Johor Bahru office.
