Location: PJ Uptown, Selangor, Malaysia

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to RM10,000 + Incentives + Transport Allowances + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Tyres/Automotive

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing Relationships: Maintaining and strengthening partnerships with existing dealers, workshops, and retailers.
  • Driving Sales Growth: Identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and expanding market coverage.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly visiting clients to provide training, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitors and market trends to inform business strategy.
  • Internal Coordination: Working with other teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after‑sales support.
  • Administration & Reporting: Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and assisting with marketing activities.
  • Other adhoc activities assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in tyre retail sales, retail management, or automotive parts distribution.
  • Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills, with a results‑driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of the automotive aftermarket and distribution network.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
