Qualifications

  • Minimum education of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Business Studies, or Marketing.
  • Background in Food Technology or experience in Palm-based products or Oils & Fats distribution is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate well and possess analytical and empathy traits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customers based on monthly sales KPIs.
  • Conduct sales proposals and promotions.

Job description

In view of our business growth and expansion, we are inviting proactive, resourceful and result oriented individuals to join our Sales and Business Development team.

Work Locations:

To be base in Prai, Penang, OR

To be base in Taman Austin, Johor Bahru; OR

To be base in HQ Puchong, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage customers according to monthly sales KPIs in achieving sustainable growth

Conduct sales proposal and promotions on existing core products

Provide solutions to customer and maintain good rapport to establish long term relationships

Ensure payment collection is performed in a timely manner

Prepare regular sales report and feedback on industry trend and competition analysis

Collaborate with product development team to explore new opportunities

Supervising, guiding and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets

Other contributing roles deemed necessary to improve overall productivity and sales efficiency

Job Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food Technology/ Food Sciences, Chemistry, Business Studies/ Administration Management, Marketing or equivalent.

Candidates with Food Technology background and/ or past experience in sales and distribution of Palm based products or Oil & Fats Ingredients will be an added advantage.

Ability to communicate well with good analytical and empathy traits will be an added advantage.
