A sales-driven organization is seeking a Sales Executive & Manager to drive aluminum formwork sales in Malaysia. The role focuses on customer communication, negotiation, and payment collection without team management. Candidates should have experience in the aluminum formwork industry or building materials and demonstrate strong presentation and negotiation skills. Competitive earnings and full support from HQ are provided. Willingness to travel throughout Malaysia is necessary.

Location: Malaysia (Nationwide / Remote), Or other Country
A pure sales role responsible for driving aluminum formwork sales in Malaysia, focusing on customer communication, technical explanation, quotation, negotiation, closing, and payment follow-up. No channel development or team management is required.
Ensure timely contract signing and payment collection.
Provide basic quantity estimates with support from HQ technical teams.
Maintain long‑term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor pricing information.
Achieve personal sales targets in terms of closing and payment.
Aluminum formwork industry experience is mandatory.
Candidates with building‑materials sales experience are also welcome to apply.
Familiar with flat‑tie systems, tie‑rod systems, and applications in residential, basement, or commercial buildings.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results‑driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Fluent in Chinese or English; Malay is a plus.
Willing to travel throughout Malaysia.
Competitive earnings: base salary + high commission + payment incentives.
