To respond efficiently to enquiries for Desa Products and respond with appropriate information about Desa products and services.
Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and sell Desa Brand and its advantages to the customers.
Prepare an up-to-date data base, strengths and weaknesses of existing and potential clients for easier management of product requirement from time to time.
Secure customer orders through personal sales calls by telephone and to constantly source for qualified new customers.
Conduct follow-up calls to all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide price quotes to all new and existing accounts upon demand.
Handle dissatisfied customers with prompt resolution of any product or service problem that may occur.
Provide market survey report on a weekly basis to the Head of Sales.
To be responsible for sales collection under the segment and to hand-over daily to accounts department.
To develop a good knowledge of the remote sensing market, demand competition and prices.
Provide sales collection reports on a weekly basis and to provide sales forecast on a monthly basis.
To perform and discharge other assignments as directed by the Head of Sales from time to time.
