Responsibilities

• To promote company's products and services to distributors, dealers, plantations, estate owners & end-users in agricultural industry.
• To identify potential customers, plan & conduct field/ farm/ estate visits to offer the company's fertilizers & plant nutritional products.
• To expand and increase the prospective customer base and develop new sales opportunities.
• To execute the given business plan, conduct marketing & promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
• To prepare and submit daily sales & visiting reports, provide updated periodical market overview, highlight customer issues, and updates on the competition information etc.
• To maintain customers' confidence in the good reputation of company’s products and services.

Job Requirement

• Education level minimum SPM or equivalent standard; best possess with Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Bio-Industry/ Forestry/ Soil Science or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' related experience
• Must be willing to travel outstation extensively on a weekly basis.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
• Candidate must possess valid Driving License Class “D”; and preferably with own vehicle
