Job summary

A trusted industrial supplier in Johor Bahru is looking for a Sales Executive to actively seek new sales opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and prepare presentations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be proficient in Malay and English, and possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. The salary package is open for negotiation and includes a basic salary, commission, and allowances.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and quotations to potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects and customers to close sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Occasionally assist with delivery or logistical tasks when required.
  • Perform outstation visits to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proficient in basic Malay and Englishcommunication (spoken & written).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel and perform outstation duties when required.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license is an added advantage.
  • Training will be provided.

Salary Package: Open for negotiation (Basic +Commission & Annual Bonus & Allowance)
