Responsibilities

• Executive of marketing plans and strategies to promote company’s properties and services to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow up and closing of sales with proper sales documentation.
• Ensure swift conversion of sales by working closely with sales admin department, end financiers and solicitors.
• Conduct and compile market survey on the latest property trends and customer’s preference for product improvement and marketability
• Assist in organise and coordinate sales launches, exhibitions and events.
• Manage up to date customers and prospects database.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
