Sales Executive (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)

Promote and sell MyAnalytica Solutions’ training programmes to individuals and corporate clients.

Identify client needs and recommend suitable training solutions and packages.

Manage inbound and outbound enquiries through phone calls, email, and online platforms.

Perform structured follow-ups, answer questions, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Presentation & Communication

Explain training benefits, schedules, delivery methods (online / on-site), and value proposition clearly to clients.

Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects and clients.

Prepare basic quotations and coordinate booking confirmations.

Coordination with Internal Team

Work closely with the operations/trainer team to confirm training schedules, participant details, and delivery requirements.

Support on-site activities when required (e.g., meeting arrangements, training coordination).

Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Provide regular updates on lead pipeline, opportunities, and progress.
