Job summary

A frozen food manufacturer in Johor Bahru is seeking a Sales Coordinator to develop client relationships, support sales activities, and manage logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Job description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Support the Marketing Director in all sales and business development activities.
  • Prepare and process Quotation, Sales Orders, Delivery Order, Packing List, Invoice and Shipping Documents (Custom form, Bill of Lading, ...etc).
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams in supporting customers.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate the shipment and delivery of goods locally and internationally.
  • Liaise with transporter, forwarder, 3rd party warehouses, and couriers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide monthly sales reports & sales forecasts.
  • Manage finished goods inventory levels, order fulfilment, and stock movement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and/or logistics roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCount is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
